The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 492 sales to date, a 16.47% decrease over the same period last year. This June (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $317,010, a 1.11% decrease over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $208,494, a 3.65% increase over the average price recorded in June 2008.
