The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 666 sales to date, a 6.72% decrease over the same period last year. This June (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $428,763, a 3.57% decrease over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $410,341, a 1.76% decrease over the average price recorded in June 2008.
