The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 418 sales to date, a 3.02% decrease over the same period last year. This June detached homes averaged $722,669, a 2.08% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $462,297, a 0.77% increase over the average price recorded in June 2008.
