The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 517 sales to date, a 12.82% decrease over the same period last year. This May (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $413,768, a 9.33% decrease over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $407,772, a 2.81% decrease over the average price recorded in May 2008.
