The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 332 sales to date, a 13.99% decrease over the same period last year. This May (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $486,948, no change over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $431,404, a 4.68% decrease over the average price recorded in May 2008.
