Within Toronto Real Estate District E10 (including Guildwood, Highland Creek, Port Union and West Hill neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached, freehold townhouse (including attached & row house types) and condominium townhouse.
To note: Condominium townhouses lag slightly in sales (year-to-date) behind freehold townhouses; it will be interesting to see if this type continues to be a dominant house type in this District.

The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 137 sales to date, a 9.87% decrease over the same period last year. This April (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $377,150, a 4.35% decrease over the same period last year. Freehold townhouses averaged $315,130, a 6.06% decrease over the same period last year. Condominium townhouses averaged $202,125, a 1.4% increase over the average price recorded in April 2008.
