The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 269 sales to date, a 22.48% decrease over the same period last year. This April (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $303,996, a 4.76% decrease over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $201,072, a 0.34% decrease over the average price recorded in April 2008.
