Within Toronto Real Estate District E03 (including Danforth Village and East York neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and semi-detached.
To note: Condominium apartments have outsold semi-detacheds this month; it will be interesting to see if this trend continues.
What does the Toronto real estate market performance look like this month for District E03?

The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 372 sales to date, a 13.29% decrease over the same period last year. This April (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $394,950, a 14.71% decrease over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $401,875, a 5.03% decrease over the average price recorded in April 2008.
