The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 217 sales to date, a 7.26% decrease over the same period last year. This April detached homes averaged $748,648, a 3.92% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $441,172, a 6.36% decrease over the average price recorded in April 2008.
