The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 224 sales to date, a 20% decrease over the same period last year. This April (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $461,089, a 2.33% decrease over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $424,481, a 7.9% decrease over the average price recorded in April 2008.
