Within Toronto Real Estate District E10 (including Guildwood, Highland Creek, Port Union and West Hill neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and condominium townhouse.
To note: Condominium townhouses lag slightly in sales (year-to-date) behind freehold townhouses; it will be interesting to see if this type continues to be a dominant house type in this District.

The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 85 sales to date, a 9.57% decrease over the same period last year. This March (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $372,742, a 2.6% decrease over the same period last year. Condominium townhouses averaged $201,800, a 1.12% increase over the average price recorded in March 2008.
