The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 159 sales to date, an 18.04% decrease over the same period last year. In March (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $349,563, an 8.36% decrease over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $155,938, a 0.52% decrease over the average price recorded in March 2008.
