Within Toronto Real Estate District E03 (including Danforth Village and East York neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached, semi-detached and condominium apartment.

The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 60 sales to date, a 34.07% decrease over the same period last year. This January detached homes averaged $411,688, a 2.51% decrease over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $368,200, an 8.68% decrease over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $165,206, a 0.76% decrease over the average price recorded in January 2008.
