The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 31 sales to date, a 35.42% decrease over the same period last year. This January detached homes averaged $517,170, a 22.57% decrease over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $372,909, a 15.31% decrease over the average price recorded in January 2008.
