The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 486 sales to year-end, a 24.88% decrease over the same period last year. This December (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $389,828, a 3.62% increase over the same period last year. Condominium townhouses averaged $207,341, a 9.25% increase over the average price recorded in December 2007.
