The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 848 sales to year-end, a 20.23% decrease over the same period last year. This December (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $490,139, a 5.45% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $445,517, a 9.16% increase over the average price recorded in December 2007.
