The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 1,035 sales to date, a 20.32% decrease over the same period last year. This November (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $319,264, a 3.99% increase over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $200,654, a 2.24% increase over the average price recorded in November 2007.
