The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 630 sales to date, a 15.44% decrease over the same period last year. This September (year-to-date) detached homes averaged $679,946, an 8.6% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $461,218, a 4.28% increase over the average price recorded in September 2007.
