The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 798 sales to date, a 17.82% decrease over the same period last year. This August detached homes averaged $323,007, a 5.57% increase over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $201,380, a 1.84% increase over the average price recorded in August 2007.
