The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 265 sales to date, a 26.18% decrease over the same period last year. This June detached homes averaged $401,626, a 6.73% increase over the same period last year. Condominium townhouses averaged $213,840, a 17.39% increase over the average price recorded in June 2007.
