The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 714 sales to date, a 9.62% decrease over the same period last year. This June detached homes averaged $444,652, a 10.01% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $417,675, an 8.09% increase over the average price recorded in June 2007.
