The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 386 sales to date, a 16.09% decrease over the same period last year. This May detached homes averaged $486,910, a 10.6% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $452,607, a 13.22% increase over the average price recorded in May 2007.
