The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 280 sales to date, a 13.04% decrease over the same period last year. This April detached homes averaged $472,103, an 8.97% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $460,870, a 17.46% increase over the average price recorded in April 2007.
