The Toronto MLS indicates there have been 94 sales to date, a 36.49% decrease over the same period last year. This March detached homes averaged $382,686, a 0.15% increase over the same period last year. Condominium townhouses averaged $199,571, a 19.51% increase over the average price recorded in March 2007.
