Within Toronto Real Estate District E10 (including Guildwood, Highland Creek, Port Union and West Hill neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and condominium townhouse.
What does the Toronto real estate market performance look like this month for District E10?

To date there have been 63 sales, a 19.23% decrease over the same period last year. This February detached homes averaged $386,998, a 6.05% increase over the same period last year. Condominium townhouses averaged $188,333, a 5.95% increase over the average price recorded in February 2007.
To note: Freehold townhouses (including attached & row house types) have outsold condominium townhouses by 33.33% to date. It will be interesting to see if this is an anomaly or if the trend holds as the year progresses.
