Within Toronto Real Estate District E09 (including Bendale and Woburn neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and condominium apartment.
What does the Toronto real estate market performance look like this month for District E09?

To date there have been 147 sales, an 20.54% decrease over the same period last year. This February detached homes averaged $321,286, an 8.24% increase over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $195,356, a 1.1% decrease over the average price recorded in February 2007.
