What does the Toronto real estate market performance look like this month for District E03?

To date there have been 188 sales, an 11.24% increase over the same period last year. This February detached homes averaged $463,472, an 11.09% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $418,876, a 12.54% increase over the average price recorded in February 2007.

To note: There were 29 sales of condominium apartments this month, outselling semi-detacheds by 52.63%. It will be interesting to see if this is an anomaly or if the trend holds as the year progresses.
