Within Toronto Real Estate District E02 (including Danforth Village and The Beaches neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and semi-detached.

To date there have been 99 sales, a 22.66% decrease over the same period last year. This February detached homes averaged $738,540, a 26.26% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $447,190, an 8.19% increase over the average price recorded in February 2007.
