Within Toronto Real Estate District E08 (including Cliffcrest, Guildwood, Scarborough Village and West Hill neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and condominium apartment.

To date there have been 59 sales, an 11.94% decrease over the same period last year. This January detached homes averaged $369,620, a 3.43% decrease over the same period last year. Condominium apartments averaged $160,292, a 1.60% increase over the average price recorded in January 2007.
