Within Toronto Real Estate District E01 (including Danforth Village, Leslieville and Riverdale neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and semi-detached.
What does the Toronto real estate market performance look like this month for District E01?

To date there have been 50 sales, an 11.1% increase over the same period last year. This January detached homes averaged $504,875, a 43.1% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $444,976, a 29.76% increase over the average price recorded in January 2007.
