Within Toronto Real Estate District E02 (including Danforth Village and The Beaches neighbourhoods), the dominant resale house types are detached and semi-detached.

To date there have been 930 sales, a 0.98% increase over the same period last year. Detached homes averaged $627,702, a 4.28% increase over the same period last year. Semi-detached homes averaged $444,704, an 11.85% increase over the average price recorded in December 2006.
